Authentic Movement is a movement meditation practiced in relationship. It provides an opportunity to explore unconscious material as it arises in a safely held container.

Guided Journey

I invite you to come with your greatest body-mind-spirit needs, hopes, and desires. Beginning with deep listening I will hold space, support and encourage you as we co-create your journey. As a guide I will offer breath work, yoga, Authentic Movement, elements of movement psychotherapy, and a tool box of creative interventions specifically designed for you. Individual journey sessions can address physical ailments and stagnation, depression and emotional suffering, ptsd, loss of direction, and spiritual longing. Journeys require preparation and integration sessions and have the potential for vast transformational change.
